The legal basis in this case is the execution of our contract and our Company's legitimate interest in informing you about its services, responding to any suggestions/requests of yours, and improving its services.

c) Calculating the use of our services, issuing legal tax documents, submitting them to the competent authorities, and our compliance with potential audits/inspections by competent authorities. The legal basis of processing in this case is the execution of our contract regarding the collection of the fee for our services and our compliance with our obligations under current Greek and especially tax legislation.

e) The legal support of the Company and/or its representatives for the satisfaction of all kinds of rights and claims (including the collection of its fees for services) and its defense against any third party and authority, as well as its insurance coverage. The legal basis of processing in this case is the Company's legitimate interest in its legal protection, the establishment, exercise, and support of legal claims until the final judicial or extrajudicial resolution of disputes, its insurance coverage, and the defense of its rights before competent authorities.
